Java and Arcnet

Hello,

I need a start. A start with a way of accessing a network, based on Arcnet. A Java standalone application running on Windows XP should be able to communicate via a Arcnet networkcard with a PLC.
The card I'm talking about is this one: http://www.sohard.de/en/hardware/arcnet-products/networkcards/sh-arc-pciu.html
On the same site of Sohard, the vendor of this Arcnet card, also supplies drivers with a detailed manual. Has anyone Java code examples lying around that I could use to get further with my project? Has anyone experience with Arcnet?
