Java 3D on AMD 64, & Windows XP (32-bit) system

843799Dec 14 2004 — edited May 12 2005
I am a student at UMR and a group I am in has been using Java3D in a Lathe Simulation
model. It runs fine on my laptop (Pentium 4/ Windows XP 32-bit) but I
cannot run it on my AMD 64 / Windows XP 32-bit desktop. Is there a way
to recompile the Java3D library to make this work or is there another
package I need to download?

***Configuration***
Processor: AMD 3400+ 64
OS: Windows XP (SP2)
RAM: 512MB
VIDEO: ATI All-In-Wonder 9600XT 128MB

JDK/JRE: 1.5.0 -> jdk-1_5_0-windows-i586.exe
Java3D: java3D-1_3_1-windows-i586-directx-sdk.exe & Open GL version

Hard Drive: 330 GB
IDE: JDeveloper10g (I do not compile or run programs from JDeveloper, I
use javac) & JCreator

Please advise... Thank you for your time.
