Java 1.8.0_131 and frmall.jar --URGENT

Running forms 11gR2...

Updated java today to 1.8.0_131

and now getting

ExitException: Unsigned application requesting unrestricted access to system. The following resource is signed with a weak signature algorithm MD5withRSA and is treated as unsigned: http:XXXX:8888/forms/java/frmall.jar

Is there an updated frmall.jar supplied by oracle available? This is happening on multiple computers.
