Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

This link always worked fine before I upgraded to this version. I'm running XP SP2 with all the recent updates.

The problem is......I get the first frame of the video, but the video will not refresh. Data from the video stream is continually being downloaded to my computer, but Java isn't updating the video as it downloads.

I've tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer and the results are the same.

I verified my version of java on this website and I got no errors. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this, or is it a bug with this version of Java?
