Jar resources in JNLP file are not signed by the same certificate

843802Oct 18 2006 — edited Oct 23 2006
Dear All,

We are using Java WebStart for our product deployment.

After moving from one version to other, before lunching the application its giving the JNLP exception as:

"Jar resources in JNLP file are not signed by the same certificate".

But We singed all the jars with the same certificate. The same application is working fine on other machines.

Our client environment is as expleined below:

There are 12 macines in our client environment.
Fisrt, we downloaded cache(jars) into one machine & given complete share permissons to the local network for the

cache folder.
Next, we pointed cache path of all the remaing 11 machinesto above share.

Now when we are trying to login one some of these 11 machines, its giving the above exception.

Pls suggest us right direction & the Root cause for this problem.

Thanks
Krishna Mohan
