Jar files

Hello Peopl,

I have written a Swing application using IntelliJ IDEA. I have used the GUI forms provided in IDEA. Now am trying to jar my application. How can i go about doing this.? SInce the application also includes a GUI form file am not sure how to jar the files.
Also as far as i know IDEA doest provide Jar facility.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
