James UsersRepository

Hi, I am a new user of James and I am trying to write a mailet that can create a new james user account.

The javadoc on the apache web site says I should be able to access the users repository by calling getUsersRepository( "LocalUsers" ) on the MailContext. But this method does not seem to exist.

Any idea how I should proceed ?
(I use James 2.2.0)
