Jacob.Dll & Oracle Fusion 11.1.XXX

I install oracle fusion middleware 11.1...6 in Windows 7 64 Bit.

But when i sign the jacob.jar i got error from jacob.dll which is not the corrent jacob.dll and something related to size.

Any Information about this issue.
