JA16SJIS <-> Unicode map

Where can I get a description of Oracle character set JA16SJIS, specifically, a listing of all the characters and their corresponding Unicode code points.
As an example of the thing I'm looking for, http://x0213.org/codetable/sjis-0213-2004-std.txt has such a map for Shift-JIS-2004.
