J9 VM installation on Palm OS 5.0

I installed J9 VM from IBM Websphere on my Sony Clie running Palm OS 5.0. When I run MIDlet HQ, I get following Fatal Alert

SystemMgr.c, Line:5804,
SysLinkerStub(): Failed to
load the shared library.

Any clues?
