J2ME emulators

I want to develop apps to run on some phones I purchased from China. One is a touchscreen with a screen resolution of 320 x 240. The other is a touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 320. Can anyone point to where I could find an emulator to plug in to Netbeans for this job.
