J2EE SDK and JBuilder

Hi, originally I had J2EE SDK on my system (WIn XP). But I installed JBuilder 9.0 personal on my system aswell. Now I cant seem to access to commands in J2EE SDK.

say I do:

java <myapp>

it gives me:

Registry key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\CurrentVersion'
has value '1.4', but '1.5' is required.
Error: could not find java.dll
Error: could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling J2EE again, but i still have the same proble,. I want to be able to use J2EE and Jbuilder simultaneosly. Is this possible? Does anyone know how I can achieve this.
