J2EE Migration

Hi All,

We are currently in a process of doing a Roadmap for our Forms(10g) Application.
Most likely we would go towards J2EE migration, at least thats what the market trend suggests.
I have a few questions on this:

1. I have had a look at Ciphersoft, ORMIT tools which do the migration from Oracle Forms to J2EE. Has anyone had an experience with any of these or other conversion products? Is there any other way to migrate to J2EE (using Oracle tools like Jdeveloper or any other)?

2. Our forms application already has a lot of PJC and wrapper classes and jars,
would this make it easier or harder for migration to J2EE?

3. Once converted is Jdeveloper the tool to maintain the code?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
