J2EE Installation - Error saying program performed illegal operation

I have downloaded the j2ee applicatino server & got an exe called j2eesdk-1_4-dr-windows-eval-app.exe. However now when i double click on the exe to launch it i get an error which says "This program has performed an illegal operation and will shutdown"
When i click on details , the following error is displayed:
J2EESDK-1_4-DR-WINDOWS-EVAL-APP caused an invalid page fault in
