Can anyone explain why every fifteenth post refers to a "doubt" of some sort while using the word totally incorrectly?

It is like some kind of international standard for mistaken English or something. Whether they are from India, or Japan, or Brazil, they all say that they have an "array doubt" or a "serialization doubt" or something. It is starting to drive me apeshit.
