It is matter of Passwords

Hi Experts!

I want to know if there is an option to get an user's password?, but I want to recover the system password, in plain text, being at this time logged as sysdba.

I do not want to be a hacker, I know that there are ways to reset or change this passwords being the owner of the installation.

I am curious, about the answer.
