iSupport - Getting started

I've been tasked with investigating (learning) about iSupport. We have Oracle E-Business Suite installed, but where in the world do I begin? I've been looking for documentation on OTN and have been watching the iLearning module for iSupport. Nothing so far has show me where to start. Any help for this E-Business newbie would be apprecitated.
