Issues with static image files after upgrading to 18.1

Hi,

I have been working with APEX for more than an year. I recently upgraded from APEX 5.1.2 to 18.1 version. I also upgraded ORDs and Apache Tomcat. After upgrading I am not able to see the images and icons as expected. I checked under shared components -> application static files and also shared components-> application workspace files, and I see all css and images exist. In Console when debugged I see the following message "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()". I also tried to open the image in URL and I clearly see that the image is not found in that location (http://servername.company.com:8088/apex/bir_spmat/r/files/static/v49/XYZ.png ). Can you please let me know what to do if I want to have the file at bir_spmat/r/files/static/v49.
