Issues with rcu.bat. What do I need to do to run it successfuly?

Hello all,

I am trying to run rcu.bat. I downloaded the zip file and unzip it into a folder with no spaces in the name like suggested. I tried running it and nothing happened. I went ahead and open up rcu.bat and I noticed that "ORACLE_HOME" is set to the location of the batch file; therefore, the CLASSPATH iis all messed up since is trying to find jar files that only exist in ORACLE_HOME under RCU_HOME. Also, if at the command line I only enter "rcu.bat" it tries to run it in silent mode.

I have search intensively trying to figure what I am doing wrong, but haven't found anything on this regards or other people having this issue.

Can someone please help me. I've been struggling with this for over a day now.

I downloaded the zip file from here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/downloads/fmw-11-download-092893.html under "Required Additional Software". I am running Windows 2003 32 bit.
