Issues opening BPM process editor in 12.2.1.3 Jdev install

lhymelSep 13 2017 — edited Sep 14 2017

Hey guys/gals,

I'm rather puzzled by this. We have a SOA/BPM project version 11.1.1.7 that we need to migrate to the most recent version ASAP (12.2.1.3). So I downloaded the BPM suite quickstart for developers to begin migrating and converting, but what I downloaded does not seem to include any BPM plugins or IDE tools at all. When I attempt to open my .bpmn file, it just opens as a raw xml editor instead of the IDE tools I am familiar with in 11.1.1.7.

Did I download the wrong thing or am I completely missing something obvious? Is the BPMN editor no longer part of Jdeveloper? Here is the link to what I downloaded: Oracle Business Process Management | Oracle Technology Network | Oracle

I have followed the steps to configuring the integrated WLS domain, but the documentation doesn't cover Jdeveloper features in detail (at least what I have looked at so far)
