I installed Oracle AI Database 26ai Free 23.26.0.0.0 on a Windows 11 Pro machine.
The issue is that after starting the listener and service the database crashes. After rebooting the machine everything worked as expected.
Is this a known issue and is there a patch for it?
I didn't snapshot the ORA message, but I did read about this problem on the net.
In addition, a Windows message appeared (something about the Kernel).
