Issues loading resource bundle from resources folder

Hi,

We are trying to load the resource bundle from resources folder in ADF and Weblogic 12c, but it is failed to load the resource file.

http://<servername>:19000/aif/resources/aif-resources_en.js - Failed to load resource. But if we rename the folder resources to resources1 seems to load the resource bundle. Looks like weblogic is blocking it and did not find any documentation on this.
