issues installing the x11 pkg from repositories:

I am trying to install and configure x11 on my new Solaris 11 zone, this is what I see after publishing the repository:

root@ndwsol11-eval:~# pkg install -nvv x11/xclock@1.0.7,5.11-0.175.2.0.0.42.1406

Creating Plan (Solver setup): |

pkg install: No matching version of x11/xclock can be installed:

Reject: pkg://solaris/x11/xclock@1.0.7-0.175.2.0.0.42.1406

Reason: This version is excluded by installed incorporation consolidation/X/X-incorporation@0.5.11-0.175.3.1.0.2.1489

root@ndwsol11-eval:~#

Why is this pkg "excluded" how can I include it?
