issues applying patch, error zsh permission denied.

We were trying to apply a patch for CRS and RDBMS..however, on the second node, we somehow messed up and crs won't start.
Attempting to run crsctl gives me an error zsh: permission denied. Trying to run this as root..
Does anyone know how to fix this?
