Issue with the Dimension Library, Application Library, Data Synchronization

Hi All,

I have Installed Planning 9.3.1 sucesfully on my machine however when i log into workspace and select Navigate --> Administer --> Dimension Library. I Get the following Waring Message. Kindly let me know what should i do.

*"Please Make Sure that the application you are trying to launch is registred with shared Services. Shared Services must be running for the feature you are trying to access. Close the current browser window and try logging into workspace again after a little while. Contact your administrator for further information."*

When i see the services the "*Hyperion s9 EPM Architect Web ATS5*" is Started. Do i need any more Services to run? Are there any Access to be given in Shared Services to the user? Kindly let me know.
