Issue with resolution: Jdeveloper 12.2.1 on Windows 10, Full HD screen

I installed new Jdeveloper (version 12.2.1) on Windows 10. The screen resolution of my laptop is 1920 x 1080 (Full HD), but unfortunately all the icons, text became too small to read. Noticed that Jdevloper 12.1.3 had the same issues (Jdeveloper sudio 12.1.3 poor High DPI scaling)

Please inform if anything can be done to restore the size of icons/text to normal size.

N.B.: I don't face any issue with other softwares.
