Issue with OWS Screening Receipt

The Screening Receipt is the report ticket that is generated on a user's request to prove a real-time screening request has been run, whether alerts were created or not. The out-of-the-box OWS system allows users to view this receipt or generate and save a PDF, both at the click of a button.

There are some parameters defined in sentrymessages.properties file on the server but this looks unchanged compared to a vanilla out-of-the-box install. It appears for some reason that the $Reference and $SystemDateTime are not being picked up by the system at the point of receipt generation and the results are as in the attached screenshot.

Before inevitably sending this to Oracle Support, since it is pretty urgent, I just wanted to try one more time to see if it rings any bells for anybody else? Many thanks...
