Issue with Oracle client 12 c on RHEL 7

Hi,

i need an Oracle client (12.1.0.2.0) for Linux x86-64 (RHEL 7.2).

I have installed Instant Client downloaded from this link http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/linuxx86-64soft-092277.html

but after installation there's no lib, no bin folder and the command tnsping is not present,

I have the environment variables

TNS_ADMIN

ORACLE_HOME

LD_LIBRARY_PATH

but the sqlplus connexion is not working, the SID is not resolved

I have created folder network/admin and added the files tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora but still the same error.

Where can i find a full oracle 12 c client for Linux ?
