I am using a Deployement tool for Oracle PL/SQL code deployement in Oracle database but when i deploy code then Norwegian Character text written in Oracle Package and Procedure code it chnaged with different character .Could you please help me to find the root cause for this issue as i already checked Charcter configuration in database and it looks fine.
