I am currently experiencing issue with HsSetValue within SmartView. it suddenly stopped working correctly and I cannot submit data.
i have a template which i have been using its not working anymore since last week.
there is no error or anything that says the submission failed. but if i am using Adhoc, i can submit data.
i have been submitting data for the whole FY19, and for some reason, there are intersections into which data is getting submitted. here is a screenshot of the retrieve after submitting data using HsSetValue.
i dont know why there are intersections where data is submitted, then there are those which didnt.
I am using SmartView version 11.1.2.5.800 (Build 205)
I would like to know if anybody has been experiencing the same, and what steps should be taken in order to correct the issue.
