Issue with "highlighting" in SQLCL 21.4.1 / Windows 10

Hi,
I'm running SQLCL 21.4.1 and am attempting to get highlighting set up similar to what I saw in one of Jeff's posts, but I'm not having any luck...
I wasn't sure if this was a "me" issue or an issue with SQLCL so I downloaded 21.2.1 and the highlighting works for me in that version.
Here are screenshots of each. Any advice on what I should try to get highlighting working in 21.4.1? I included the version in each screenshot so that is was clear...
21.4.1 - NOTE the comment I've added doesn't reflect the highlighting setting
