Issue with deadlock for insert database command

Hello everyone,

I encountered database deadlock when two the same insert command is running at the same time, then it throw transaction deadlock in the trace file.

The database version is 11.2.3 running on Solaris SPARC Platform.

Any idea why they might cause this type of insert deadlock on the database?
