I'm facing an issue in Oracle APEX where the value of CURRENT_ITEM_HELP_TEXT is not being returned as expected when creating a new template.
I have tried creating a new template and using the CURRENT_ITEM_HELP_TEXT attribute, but the value appears empty and doesn't show up, even though I'm sure the help text for the item is properly set.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Could this be a bug in Oracle APEX, or is there a specific configuration that needs to be considered to retrieve the value correctly?
