Issue with contributor UI for 12C JSK

I have installed 12C JSK and could get it up. But Contributor UI does not load. It shows all blank screen. I have referred various kb article and added commons jar to the classpath, but still issue persists.

Logger shows multiple exceptions all mainly around :

oracle.wcsites.logging.odl.SitesODLLogger error

Any pointers would be very helpful.
