Issue with Chat on DCS - Digital Customer Service

Hi,

I have done all configurations in VBCS and B2B Service for Chat but when customer self service user initiate chat on DCS, it gets error.Chat not created, check business unit id. I have already put in business unit id in VBCS from Sales Cloud.

Can anyone please help.
