Issue with Cerner Authorization

Sruthi KuradaJun 25 2024

Workflow or API calls:

I am looking to create a Cerner-based SSO with Auth0 - here is the information I have put.

Authorization: https://authorization.cerner.com/tenants/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/protocols/oauth2/profiles/smart-v1/personas/provider/authorize

Token: https://authorization.cerner.com/tenants/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/protocols/oauth2/profiles/smart-v1/token

Scope: openid profile online_access launch launch/patient patient/Patient.read

I created a system app and got the client id from https://code-console.cerner.com/console/apps and the client secret from https://cernercentral.com/system-accounts/,

Here is the error I have received:

Information to provide to Technical Support

Correlation ID:

4d69ed02-4bc4-4805-b558-c4da2e5fb954

Information to provide to Oncore System

The URI requested is not allowed for the registered application type.

Error Code:

urn:cerner:error:authorization-server:oauth2:grant:client-type-invalid
