Issue while importing the Private Key in Wallet

Hi All,

I am currently using EDI X12 over Internet Protocol (HTTPS Protocol). We have got two certificates from verisign one is the public certificate and the other is the private key.

As per my understanding, we have to use the public certificate in the configuration i.e while setting the delivery channel.

And we have to import the private key in the wallet.But, when I import it I get an error as Some trusted certificates could not be installed.

Let me know whether my understanding is correct.
