Issue while i am importing .DMP file into the database..

Hi Folks,

I have an issue while i am importing .DMP file into the oracle11g database from the local mission.I have created the user,table creation and i have passed the grant previlages also.I have tried for so many times..For any further details..Please look into the screen chot below...
