Issue updating manager using worker API

Hi,

I have an issue when attempting to update the manager of a user using the worker API I receive the following error:
The Supervisor record does not have a corresponding ACTIVE/SUSPENDED parent Assignment split.oracle.javatools.resourcebundle.ResourceBundleRT

Wondering if anyone else has run into this or if someone could send me an example of the JSON you're sending.
