issue undo tablespace data guard

Hi All

I have issue problem with standby database. when i recovery from backup then problem below.

RA-10567: Redo is inconsistent with data block (file# 3, block# 5113, file offset is 41885696 bytes)

ORA-10564: tablespace UNDOTBS1

ORA-01110: data file 3: '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl_stby/undotbs01.dbf'

ORA-10560: block type 'KTU UNDO BLOCK'

would you tell me fix problem issue.
