Issue to access Content server 12.2.1.3.0 after fresh install

Hi All

WCC 12.2.1.3.0 install on AIX, there was no issue to install and configure , webglogic server working fine but when I want to access WCC server using url(v.x.y.z:16200/cs) the unable to access the login page, I sea the log.out file on em console there was every thing ok.

What issue is it ...???
