We have an installation of Weblogic Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4.0 on Windows Server 2019 running on VMWare VM under ESXi 7 with Oracle database SE2 version 19c.
Reports server is started after both databases (weblogic and application) are up and running. This seemed to work in the past, but after a restart of the system, reports do not work anymore. It seems the reports server is not starting properly, and no amount of restarts of system or server can make it work - I have to resort to a backup version. We originally attributed this to installation of March 2023 Windows Server 2019 updates, but after resorting to an older backup the problem appears there too. Not immediately, but after some restarts of the system it fails and stays that way.
We start the server using the command C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin\startManagedWebLogic.cmd WLS_REPORTS. I have attached a zip of the recently updated log files in the directory C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\WLS_REPORTS\logs from a failing system.
