issue sorting alphanumeric column in query

Hi All,

can anyone tell me how to sort alphanumeric column in oracle query.

i tried using order by clause but it is not working.

currently my output is as below:

SM-001

PT-002

PT-001

OTS-CC3

NWR-14-PSR

NWR-13-SR

NWR-12-TIG

NWR-11-PACT

NWR-10-DM

NWR-09-RLV

NWR-08-PA

NWR-07-ECRL

NWR-06-DE

NWR-05-AW

NWR-04-OTS

NWR-03-SVC

NWR-02-TSC

NWR-01-EW

NW-UAT

NW-Dev

i need to sort them as,
