Issue ORA-28500 dblink from Excel

I need help
I created an oracle in DBLINK to access an Excel spreadsheet, but when I run the select returns the following error:
"ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this Message:
ORA-02063: preceding line from IMPORT_TRAINING "

The weird that after the ".... returned this Message:" not the error appears.
