Issue installing oracle Dev Suite 10g

Hi All,

When I click (Run as Administrator) on the Setup.exe for Oracle Dev Suite 10 , the Command prompt window of OUI opens for a brief time and then automatically closes without any action.

It says all checks passed and then it closes...

I have increased the Virtual Memory as well.

Any suggestions on this will be helpful.
