Issue in usermod command on Solaris11

fc4bc12d-1bef-4b1a-b23a-50c12c6898d4Jul 9 2015 — edited Jul 16 2015

Hi guys,

I am trying to run following command on Solaris11 server to provide some authorization rights to user xyz but it is giving a warning.

#usermod -A solaris.smf.manage.ABC/XYZ xyz

UX: usermod: WARNING: Cannot find authorization solaris.smf.manage.ABC.

However it was working perfectly fine on Solaris10.

Please suggest if I need to make some changes for it to work on Solaris11. Any info on this is more than welcome.

- Thanks

Vasundhra
