Issue in running Scanario via command line odi 12.1.3 -- Making me crazy...

Hi Experts,

Trying to run scenario from windows local machine...

Below prereuisites are all fine.. dont know , this drving me crazy.....

Installed Standalone agent, configured, able to run same scenario with stand alone agent from studio is going good.. but not from command line..

Node manager is running fine, OracleDIAgent1 is up... why then..... please see below screenshot what i am trying to do... command line syntax mentioned in documentaion:

startscen.bat <scenario_name> <scenario_version> <context_code> [<log_level>] [-AGENT_URL=<remote_agent_url>][-ASYNC=yes|no] ["-NAME=<local_agent_name>"] ["-SESSION_NAME=<session_name>"] ["-KEYWORDS=<keywords>"] ["<variable>=<value>"]*

This is what I am doing see below picture... Please help me guys..spending too much time but could not get hold of error.
