Hi,
I am trying to migrate an adf applciation orignally developed in jdeveloper 11.1.1.7.0 to jdeveloper 12.2.1.3.0 ,
During deploying the applciation to integrated welogic server in 12c i am facing below error:

I applied the patch 27073329 as per Doc ID 2333019.1 - https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=utd3mgc75_4&id=2333019.1&_afrLoop=279522043915092

Patch is applied successfully but i am still facing the error.
Anyone has any suggestions. Log file attached
