iSQLPLUS

Hi,
I have installed oracle10g and created a database. I try to connect to iSQLPLUS by browsing to http://mypc:5560/isqlplus/workspace.uix
But any user fails to login.
1-Which user login should I use ?
2-How can I login with sys and as sysdba ?
3-What should I grant to any other user to be able to connect ?
