iSQL*Plus DBA URL

I have installed Oracle 10g Rel.2 and I have the iSQL*Plus DBA URL: http://<machine_name>:5560/isqlplus/dba but when I try to give it in the browser it ask me user and passwd; what user and passwd I have to give it to work? Is anybody who knows something about?
